Corrections (Ch. 10)

Before my book was published, I was given a chance to examine page proofs in order to catch and correct mistakes. Although I was very serious about this task and tried to make my book completely free of errors, a few mistakes slipped through the screening process and ended up in print. Please make the following changes in Chapter 10.


Place: Page 240, second paragraph, fourth line
Correction: Change the subscript on the second n from 1 to 2


Place: Page 258, the second paragraph, fourth line
Correction: Change "Excerpt 10.28" to "Excerpt 10.27"


Place: Page 263, third paragraph, last sentence
Correction: Change "their 11 words" to "their final words"
