Funny Stuff (Chapter 17)

Variance. That's what most stat professors and their students are at.

Did you hear about the 16-year-old son whose parents were 2 nonparametric statisticians? Well, anyway, the son rebelled against his parents and wouldn't listen to anything they tried to teach him. As might be expected, this young man was never able to get his driver's license. Why? He simply couldn't pass the sign test!
